Our growing firm is seeking an organized and friendly account
manager to play a strategic role on our team. You'll be responsible
for answering any client questions or concerns about coverage,
policy changes, and billing deadlines. Our ideal candidate will be
able to provide an excellent customer experience and demonstrate a
basic understanding of our insurance products. If you are a strong

Responsibilities:
--- Stay up to date with industry standards, current rates,
coverages, insurance products, insurance policies, and carriers by
regularly speaking with our industry partners so you can help
clients, underwriters, sales representatives, account executives,
and the rest of our service team understand and address the latest
rules and policy updates
--- Record any policy updates or changes on customer accounts by
tracking them in our book of business and communicating with
clients to explain any updates to their coverage
--- Provide helpful answers to clients on any policy or billing
questions including explanation of coverage or rate changes to
ensure complete understanding
--- Gather all documentation needed for reporting a claim and
contact an adjuster to process it against a current policy
--- Assist with the renewal process and any policy updates by
providing competitive quotes
--- Manage client communications and inquiries effectively
--- Nurture and maintain essential client relationships
--- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of policy details in
our secure system
--- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and
objectives
--- Provide exceptional client service to facilitate ongoing sales
and renewals
--- Participate in industry-specific training to enhance knowledge
and skills
--- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to better
serve clients
--- Actively contribute to the growth and success of the agency
--- Adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment and prioritize
tasks accordingly
--- Demonstrate a strong dedication to excellence in all aspects of
the role
Qualifications:
--- Insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is
highly preferred but candidates with the appropriate skills should
still apply, training is provided
--- Applicants must have basic computer skills and be able to use
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
--- Associates or Bachelor's degree required, or commensurate
insurance industry experience
--- Applicants must have an active insurance license in their state
or be willing to get licensed in 90 days
--- Must have very strong follow up, written and verbal
communication skills and problem-solving skills
