Responsibilities: Work with businesses to build relationships and
provide them answers on questions they have about our services
Interact with customers to forge strong relationships by actively
listening to their requests and offering tailored product advice
Oversee client accounts, promptly address any issues or grievances
with customized solutions, and nurture lasting customer loyalty
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, services, and
promotions to effectively support customers and capitalize on sales
opportunities Record customers interactions and sales activities
accurately to monitor sales results and customer retention
rates.
