LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Weston, Florida. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Seeking a highly experienced OR RN with solid transplant background to support a high-volume transplant program. Primary focus will be liver transplant cases, with additional heart, lung, and kidney transplant procedures. Candidate must be comfortable with full transplant procedures, including implantation (not just harvesting). Shift includes liver call; if no liver cases, RN will assist with other OR cases. - Must have experience implanting organs into recipients - Proficient in Misonix and CUSA - Minimum 2 years direct Transplant OR RN experience - Experience must be clearly reflected on skills checklist Certifications - BLS (AHA) – required at submission - ACLS (AHA) – required at submission - NIHSS – must obtain prior to start Call & Scheduling - On-call required: - 1 shift per week - 2 weekend 12-hour shifts per month - Block schedule not guaranteed - First-time travelers accepted - Locals accepted at same rate - Pending license accepted Additional Information - Floating within scope may be required - Time-sensitive onboarding modules must be completed immediately upon confirmation - All RTO must be submitted upfront Compliance Notes - Smoke-Free Facility - Nicotine test required (10-panel cotinine) Hospital Details - Facility Type: Short-Term Acute Care - Teaching Hospital - Total Beds: 230 - EMR: EPIC - Free parking available About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
