Job Description Job Description JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Physical Therapist Acute Care Inpatient Rehab MPT/PT INPT REHAB Full-Time Physical Therapist candidates in the Acute Care Inpatient Rehab Unit will have the following job responsibilities: You will provide evaluations and treatment interventions within the scope of practice established by law and professional code of ethics. You will assess and evaluate therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status and participate in the development of the total plan of care. You will provide purposeful and skilled therapeutic care at patients home, using procedures and techniques to produce a change in condition/function consistent with the physicians plan of care. You will instruct patient/family/caregiver in the use of therapies, exercises, therapeutic appliances, and/or prosthetic devices to be used outside of therapy sessions. You will prioritize caseload, determine daily staffing needs and coordinate assignments/handoffs. JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Physical Therapist Acute Care Inpatient Rehab MPT/PT INPT REHAB Full-Time Physical Therapist candidates in the Acute Care Inpatient Rehab Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Licensed Physical Therapy Masters Degree, or Bachelors Degree Must have at least 1 yr PT experience No Travel Required PLEASE STATE WHETHER INTERESTED IN THE ACUTE OR THE REHAB
