Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative
(Email Support) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers daily via email, addressing inquiries about
products, services, and promotions
Handle retail customer service inquiries primarily for
English-speaking markets, including order status and warranty
issues
Encourage customers to purchase higher-priced items or upgrades for
increased sales profitability
Required Qualifications
Fluency in verbal and written English; additional language skills
are a plus
Customer service experience preferred
Amenable to working the graveyard shift, including weekends
Excellent time management and documentation skills
High-speed, stable internet connection
