Restaurant | Palm Beach Area This is for a chef who thrives in the
rhythm of a busy, polished kitchen and wants to be part of

working with a highly regarded upscale restaurant operating at true
scale. This kitchen executes 300 to 400 covers a night with
consistency, discipline, and standards that do not bend when the
volume hits. The food is refined, technique driven, and guest
focused. The pace is real. The expectations are clear. If you are
the type of Sous Chef who wants responsibility, growth, and trust
instead of micromanagement, this is worth a closer look. You will
work alongside an established Chef de Cuisine and leadership team
to help run daily execution, lead and develop cooks, and maintain
consistency during high volume service. This is a hands on
leadership role where you are expected to cook, coach, and problem
solve in real time. This kitchen values chefs who can stay calm
under pressure, hold standards without ego, and understand how to
lead people in a demanding environment. What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in upscale, high volume restaurants Comfort
operating in kitchens doing seven to eight million dollars or more
in annual sales Strong fundamentals and technical discipline A
leadership style that earns respect, not fear Long term mindset
with a desire to grow inside a brand, not bounce between kitchens
Restaurant background preferred over resort or club environments
due to volume and pace While certain fine dining pedigrees are
helpful, the priority is volume, consistency, and cultural fit.
