Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high-quality design work that drives customer and business
outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver
exceptional products
Lead UX design hiring and mentor a team of designers to foster
growth and excellence
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of UX design experience, with at least 5 years in a
leadership role
4+ years of direct-to-consumer design experience with proven
conversion rate improvements
Mastery in visual and interaction design, with a strong portfolio
of successful products
Experience in attracting and hiring design talent
Ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive
design strategy
