Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist to manage the
contract lifecycle and support client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and draft amendments to
agreements
Peer review department documents for compliance and correctness
Provide ongoing support to the department, including special
projects and reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or
paralegal certification preferred
3-5 years of contract administration experience
Strong negotiation and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
